How do I schedule an in-home doctor visit?
Simply call our office or fill out the contact form, and our caring team will guide you through the scheduling process. We’ll work with your availability to find the most convenient time for your visit.
Our staff is ready to assist you Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Who is eligible for in-home visits from Physicians To Home?
We primarily serve homebound patients with Original Medicare who have difficulty leaving home due to illness or mobility issues. If you’re unsure, our team can help determine your eligibility.
Can family members be present during the visit?
Absolutely. We encourage family members or caregivers to be present during visits to support the patient and help communicate concerns or questions.
What should I prepare before the doctor arrives?
Please have your current medication list, medical history, and any questions or concerns ready. This helps us provide the best possible care during your visit.
